Herbal remedy with Dandelion
Dandelion is also a great herb. This herb contains a host of benefits that are known to work well in conjunction with other herbs like Echinacea, Milk Thistle, and even Burdock. Dandelion is commonly mistaken as just a weed that you can find in your back yard. On many occasions, dandelion is run over by a lawn mower and the driver does not think twice about it. However, there are many more benefits to what the natural eye can see when it comes to this herb. As stated in this article, Dandelion is mostly toted as a diuretic. This means the herb is commonly used to help with water retention. However, dandelion can also be used for infections similar to echinacea and also digestive symptoms.
